Your Google listing, reviews and ads
For a local business, Google is three things: your Business Profile, the map results people see when they search "near me", and the search results themselves. We manage all three.
Your Google Business Profile
The profile is the card with your hours, photos and reviews that appears in Maps and in search. Many businesses have one that was claimed years ago and never updated.
-
Set up and verified
We claim your profile, or create one, and get it verified. Hours, categories, services and photos are set correctly so the listing matches your website.
-
Managed monthly
On the Complete plan we keep it current: posts and photos each month, replies to your reviews drafted for your approval, and answers to public questions. Nothing is published without your approval.
Reviews
Reviews are the biggest reason a customer picks one business over another.
-
Ask at the right moment
On the Complete plan, your customer receives a short text or email after a visit with a direct link to your Google review form. Making it that easy is what turns an occasional review into a steady flow.
-
Replies drafted, you approve
We draft a reply to every review, good or bad. You approve or edit it before it is posted. We never write a review on anyone's behalf, and we never ask a customer to remove one.
Local search
The groundwork is part of Essentials: proper titles and descriptions, structured data, a sitemap and a verified Google Search Console. On the Complete plan we keep working on it every month.
-
Fresh content
Monthly content updates so the site stays current. Google rewards a site that is maintained.
-
Local landing pages
Pages such as "barber in Stoneybatter" that reach people searching in your area.
-
Rank tracking
We agree a short list of search terms and track where you appear for them. Nobody can promise a position, and we will not pretend otherwise. We do the work and show you the numbers in your monthly report.
Google Ads
On request, on the Complete plan.
We set up and manage the campaign for you. You pay the ad spend directly to Google on your own card, so it never passes through us. Management is included up to a monthly budget agreed in writing. Above that, it is an add-on.
