Terms

These terms are a draft. They describe how I work. I will confirm them with you before you pay.

The site code

I write the site and I own the code. While you pay the monthly fee, I license that code to you so your site can stay online.

Your domain

The .ie domain is registered in your name. You own it. If you leave, it stays with you.

Your content

You own your content. That means your logo, photos, text and bookings. Ask me and I will hand them over.

The monthly fee

The monthly fee covers hosting, security and the changes included in your plan.

Small changes

A small change is wording, opening hours, prices, swapping a photo, or adding a usual item to a list you already have. A new page, a booking system or a shop is not a small change. I will tell you before I start work that sits outside the plan.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. When you stop paying, I take the site down. Your domain stays with you, and I hand over your content if you ask.
